Had a decent room with a lil kitchen area that had some instant coffee n tea. The shower was nice, and they provided some free shampoo. Bed was comfy n it was pretty clean except for a big stain on the carpet , made it look messy. Really good communication from management, made check-in easy with pin codes for everything. Enjoyed my stay and its good value for money.
Just had a bit of trouble with the online ID check n rental agreement, not everyone is IT savvy. Also found some black mould in the bathroom.

It was great place for travelling to Dudley, I was glad to stay there. The location was particularly good and unbeatable in a pretty nice area, just off the castle, Dudley town center and Dudley Bus Station. Plus it was max 15 mins walk to the lake.

secure setting, ideal location, good communication
The bathroom left a lot to be desired!!! It was quite grotty and lacked basic amenities like soap!!! The blinds were faulty and the locks were frustrating to use late at night!!!

Convenient location with essential amenities
The location was very central, just a short walk away. The kitchenette had basic facilities, and the room was clean although compact. One downside was that the showerhead had a slight leak, which could be improved for a better experience.

The stay was decent for a couple of nights while I explored Dudley Zoo and Castle nearby. The room had a small kitchen with some instant coffee and tea, which came in handy. The shower was nice, and the bed was comfy, but there was a large stain on the carpet that made it look a bit messy.
